We all begin somewhere. This course is designed for all body types that are beginning their journey with movement and meditation. We are here to help YOU! Please feel free to reach out with any specific questions that pertain your needs.

You will need:
Yoga Mat or Rug
A New Journal (for a new journey!)
Water
Stretchy/Flowy & Comfortable clothing (or not!) You’ll be at home. Practice all natural if you want!
Quiet space - do your best to create time and space for you to focus on you
